Refund Policy

Thank you for buying our courses and simulators. We want to make sure that our users have a rewarding experience while they are discovering information, assessing, and purchasing our training courses, whether it may be for online or classroom training courses.

 

As with any online purchase experience, the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course and simulator package on the PMaspire website you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and the points below.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Exam Simulator

  • 100% refund will be made in-case of canceling subscription within 24 hours of activation .
  • 50% refund will be made in-case of canceling subscription within 72 hours of activation.
  • If cancellation is done after 72 hours of subscription then no refund will be made.
  • In-case PMaspire cancels the subscription within 72 hours then 100% refund will be made.

  • In-case simulator is bundled with training package, no refund will be provided.

Exam Simulator Activation

  • User must activate the simulator package within 360 days of purchase. In case of non activation, package will be automatically expired.
  • In case PMI makes change to the exam policy/outline and PMBOK®GUIDE, PMaspire will not support the old version of content and you will have to pay additional fee (50%) to get access to the new exam simulator content.

eduaspire Learning Management System (LMS)

  • eduaspire LMS is committed to total client satisfaction. We provide a “Startup” plan which is free to use for an unlimited period. All our paid plans start with a 15-day free trial (No Credit Card Required) so that you can find out if eduaspire LMS is a good fit for your business or not. If you are not completely satisfied within this period you can either avoid to add a payment method or request the account termination.
  • Once a payment method is added, eduaspire LMS will immediately charge your card and the amount cannot be refunded.
  • During your trial period, our support staff is available to assist you with the installation and configuration of your LMS via email or telephone. Please know that we are with you every step of the way to make sure eduaspire LMS fulfills all your learning management requirements.

Baseline – Project Management Office (PMO) Software

  • Baseline PMO Software is committed to total client satisfaction. We provide a “Startup” plan which is free to use for an unlimited period. All our paid plans start with a 15-day free trial (No Credit Card Required) so that you can find out if BASELINE PMO Software is a good fit for your business or not. If you are not completely satisfied within this period you can either avoid to add a payment method or request the account termination.
  • Baseline PMO Software is a Paid Subscription-based Product and as such it has a no refunds policy. Your Account is subject to this policy and to the terms set forth herein. While you can cancel your trial or paying account at any time, you will not be eligible for refunds, including for partially used subscriptions or downgraded subscriptions during a billing period. Cancellations during your subscription term do not entitle you to refunds, in whole or in part, including but not limited to applicable fees incurred by you upon billing such as conversion rate fluctuations, international bank transaction fees and overdraft fees.

Classroom Training/Instructor led Training

PMaspire, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)

  • In case PMaspire cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.
  • If a delegate 15 days or more does a cancellation, prior to the event, 25% of total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the delegate.
  • If a delegate 7 days or more does a cancellation, prior to the event, 50% of total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the delegate.
  • If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 days or less, prior to the event, no refunds will be made.
  • In case of discounted product sale, no refund will be given at any case.

Franchise Program

  • In case of franchise cancellation by franchisee, no refund will be made
  • In case of cancellation by PMaspire, franchise fee will be refunded.
  • If case of major changes by PMI and franchise does not want to continue, PMaspire will not be liable to make any refund.

Bulk Purchase Program

  • Once the packages added to the partner wallet, no refund will be made.

Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via same source (original method of payment) within 5 to 7 working days after intimation by the customer.

 

Note: All refunds will be processed within 7 – 10 days of receipt of the refund request as per policy.
